USP : Safest Premium Synthetic Glossy Enamel imparts a shiny new look. Provides a long lasting washable finish.

Usage Area : Wood , Metal and Wall surfaces.

Directions for Use:

  • Clean: Prepare the surface by sanding with Emery Paper 180 to remove loose particals, paint, dust/grease and cracked or flaked paint. wipe clean.
  • Primer : Apply a 1st coat of primer depending on the surface. For wooden surfaces use SAFEST WOOD PRIMER .For steel surfaces use SAFEST METAL PRIMER by diluting with Enamel Thinner 10-15% by volume for Brushing, 15-20% by volume for Spraying. Apply one coat of Primer by Brushing or Spraying. Allow to dry for 6-8 hours.
  • Putty : (Optional) Smoothen the surface by filling dents with the SAFEST KNIFING PASTE FILLER with putty knife. Allow to dry for 6-8 hrs. Then sand with emery 180 and wipe clean.
  • Primer: If SAFEST KNIFING PASTE FILLER has been used ,apply another coat of primer(For wooden surfaces use SAFEST WOOD PRIMER ,For steel surfaces use SAFEST METAL PRIMER). Allow it to dry for 6-8 hours. Sand with Emery Paper 320 wipe clean.
  • TOP COAT:Thin a litre of Safest Premium Synthetic Glossy Enamel with 80-100 ml of enamel thinner . Apply first coat ,after an interval of 8 hours apply the second coat.

  • Diluent: Enamel Thinner.
  • Recommended Surfaces: Wood/metal/wall.

  • Dillution ratio: 80ml-100 ml of enamel thinner.
  • Drying Time: Tack free 3 hrs, Surface Dry -60 minutes, Hard Dry-over night.
  • Gloss level: 70-80 T 60 deg gloss head,coated in metal tin panel.
  • Fire Hazard Class: B.
  • Flash Point: More than 40 Degree C.
  • Pot Life: Thinned paint to be used before 24 hours. Lid to be kept airtight when not in use.
  • Density: 0.90 - 1.10.
  • No. of coats: 2-3.
