USP : SAFEST ROOF COAT WHITE EXTERIOR EMULSION Provides a water proof coating to the surface and also reduces the temperature inside by 3-5 deg.C. Long lasting durable finish with Anti fungal and anti bacterial.
Usage Area : Exterior roof coat . Surfaces exposed to the elements where a high performance water proofing coat desirable.
Shades : BRILLIANT WHITE
Directions for Use:
- Clean: Ensure that the surface to be painted is free from any loose paint, dust, grease, fungus or algae by wire brushing and cleaning with water.
- Smoothen : Smoothen the surface by filling dents and fine cracks with thin coat of SAFEST WALL CARE PUTTY and allow it drying for 4-6 hours.
- Prime : Apply one coat of SAFEST EXTERIOR PRIMER by suitable thinning with potable water and allow it to dry for 4-6 hours and then sand the surface.
- Top Coat : : Apply 1st coat by SAFEST ROOF COAT WHITE EXTERIOR EMULSION use as primer dilute with water in the ratio of 2:1. Apply 2nd coat and allow it to fully cure for 8 days. DO NOT dilute top coat when applying.

- Diluent: Potable Water.
- Recommended Surfaces: Sand/Cement plasters, Asbestos, Brick work, concrete block and fibreboard.
- Method of Application: Brush, Roller or Spray.
- Drying Time: Surface Dry -20 minutes, Hard Dry-4 hours. Recoating time – 6 hours.
- Gloss level: Sheen 5-7@60deg.gloss head on glass plate.
- Fire Hazard Class: Non Flammable.
- Flash Point: N.A(hence 100% waterbased).
- Pot Life: Best used before 72 hours of diluted paint. Lid to be kept airtight when not in use.
- VOC: 30.5 gm/ltr.
- Density: 1.22 +/-0.02.
- Dilution Ratio:Not to be diluted for top coat .For use as primer dilute with water in the ratio of 2:1.
