Coverage : Area coverage is about 130-140 sq. ft/ ltr/coat.
USP : Safest Metal Primer is recommended for use on structural steel subject to humidity, condensation and industrial environments in general .
Usage Area : Used in all Metal surfaces.
Directions for Use:
- Cleaning: Prepare the surface by sanding with Emery Paper 180, wipe clean. Ensure through cleaning of corroded area by suitable means.
- Primer: Dilute SAFEST METAL PRIMER by diluting with Enamel Thinner 10-15% by volume for Brushing, 15-20% by volume for Spraying. Apply one coat of Primer by Brushing or Spraying. Allow to dry for 6-8 hours.
- Putty : (Optional) Smoothen the surface by filling dents with the SAFEST KNIFING PASTE FILLER with putty knife. Allow to dry for 6-8 hrs. Then sand with emery 180 and wipe clean.
- Primer: If SAFEST KNIFING PASTEhas been used ,apply another coat of Safest Metal Primer. Allow it to dry for 6-8 hours. Sand with Emery Paper 320, before application of top coat.

- Drying Time: Surface Dry -30 minutes, Hard Dry-over night.
- Gloss level: Matt Finish.

- Pot Life: Thinned paint to be used before 24 hours. Lid to be kept airtight when not in use.
- Density: 1.38 +/-0.02.
