USP : SAFEX SUPER ACE EXTERIOR EMULSION offers smooth finish ,Good adhesion to the wall with good protection from rain and the elements of nature. Long lasting durable finish with Anti fungal and anti bacterial.
Usage Area : Exterior walls.
Shades : Available in all colors.
Directions for Use:
- Clean: Ensure that the surface to be painted is free from any loose paint, dust, grease, fungus or algae by wire brushing and cleaning with water.
- Smoothen : Smoothen the surface by filling dents and fine cracks with thin coat of SAFEST WALL CARE PUTTY and allow it drying for 4-6 hours.
- Prime : Apply one coat of SAFEST EXTERIOR PRIMER by suitable thinning with potable water and allow it to dry for 4-6 hours and then sand the surface.
- Top Coat : Apply 2-3 coats by diluting 1ltr of SAFEX SUPER ACE EXTERIOR EMULSION with a maximum of 450-500 ml potable water. A gap of 5-6 hours should be given between two coats.

- Recommended Surfaces: Sand/Cement plasters, Asbestos, Brick work, concrete block and fibreboard.
- Method of Application: Brush, Roller or Spray.
- Drying Time: Surface Dry -20 minutes, Hard Dry-4 hours. Recoating time – 6 hours.
- Gloss level: Sheen 2-3@60deg.gloss head on glass plate.
- Fire Hazard Class: Non Flammable.
- Flash Point: N.A(hence 100% waterbased).
- Pot Life: Best used before 72 hours of diluted paint. Lid to be kept airtight when not in use.
- VOC: 22.5 gm/ltr.
- Density: 1.42 +/-0.02.
- Dilution Ratio:450 ml-550 ml water per 1 ltr of emulsion paint.

USP : SAFEX PREMIUM EXTERIOR EMULSION Protects walls from U.V Rays and Algae. Special formulation to ensure all round weather protection. This is Long lasting durable finish with Anti fungal and anti bacterial.
Usage Area : Exterior walls, Surfaces exposed to the weather where a weather resistant and decorative coating is desirable.
Shades : Available in all colors.

USP : SAFEX ULTR EXTERIOR EMULSION Protects walls from U.V Rays and Algae. Special formulated by using 100% pure acrylic binder to provide waterproof coatingand resistence properties against fungi,algae,dampness to the surface. Also prevents dust pick up thus walls look fresh and newly painted for years. Special preservatives and other special additives make it an excellent durable coating with retention of color brightness for a long time.
