Safest Red Oxide Metal Primer

USP:

Recommended for use on structural steel subjected to humidity, condensation and industrials environments in general.

Usage Area:

Used in all Metal surfaces.

Direction for Use:

  • Cleaning: Sand the surface with emery paper 180 to wipe clean. Ensure through cleaning of corroded areas by suitable means .
  • Primer: Apply one ltr safest red oxide metal primer to be diluterd with 80-100ml safest enamel thinner to obtain brushing consistency.
  • Putty:(Optional) Smoothen surface by filling dents with thin coats of safest knifing Paste Filler allow to try for 6-8 hours. Sand with emery paper 180 and wipe clean.
  • Primer: Safest Knifing filler has been used. Apply a coat of primer to avoid a patchy appearance, allow it to dry for 6-8 hrs. Sand with emery paper 320, before application of the top coat.

Area: 130-150s sq.ft/ltr/2coat.
Supplied Viscosity at 30’C: 110-120 K.U(Stormar Viscometer)
